If this makes y’all feel better according to the Haas student profile from last years admission cycle. Out of the 2,000 transfers that applied, 1,362 applications were thrown out because they did not indicate they were going to complete all the requirements. So 678 applications were left after that and of those 678 applications 109 students were admitted. So technically if you have/will complete all the Haas requirements correctly then last years acceptance rate was actually around 16%! Still very selective but better than 5% lmao

yes for sure but i can’t believe they’re making us wait until April 23, like how are we gonna find housing then!!!
I am completing my last prerequisite (Calc 2) for haas this semester am I still eligible for admission?
Yeah I was thinking the same thing. Since most UC schools will be releasing in April I feel like finding housing will be damn near impossible

I am also finishing up my last calculus class this upcoming quarter and I indicated on the self academic report that I’ll finish it by spring. We should be fine honestly.

Does anyone know what percentage of transfer applicants receive interviews?
From what I can gather it seems to fluctuate each admissions cycle. There are no definitive statistics available to us, but I’d assume that only a small portion of students are offered interviews considering that decisions will be released quite soon.

I think getting an interview is generally positive, since at the very least they want to give you an opportunity to boost your profile. That being said don’t worry if you didn’t get one! It seems that plenty of students are admitted without an interview

I logged back into the Haas portal and the description on the tab briefly read “Hug GMP”
