UCB L&S Chances for a hopeful Canadian? :)

Hi, I'm a Junior in the United States (lived in Canada) and will be applying to colleges in just a few months... I REALLY want to study Computer Sciences at L&S Berkeley. How do (would) I stack up against others? I have so many questions, and my guidance counselor is useless... so thanks in advance for helping me out.

GPA:
This is the weirdest part. I have attended 2 high schools, 1 in Canada and 1 in the US. I had to repeat my Junior year because the move was so unexpected (I was pretty much "deported"), and I wanted time to take AP classes and study for SATs. 1) Will this negatively affect me? Anyway, my grades in Canada were s*** so my counselor gave me a 10% boost in pretty much all my classes... now, my Canadian grades show up on the official American transcript. 2) Will they still require my Canadian transcript?

Here's my transcript:
<a href="https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/94450894/report-page-001.jpg%5B/url%5D">https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/94450894/report-page-001.jpg</a></p>

My grade shows significant improvement.
For Junior year in the US, I'm expecting an approximate 92 average, with 4 APs.
AP USH: 90 AP Lang: 90
Health 11: 94 AP Bio: 90
Advertising: 93 Precalc H: 96
Spanish I: 93
AP Psych: 95 Average: 92.5 for US

I'm expecting 4 or 5 on all the APs I took, maybe a 3 in APUSH.

Senior year:
AP Calc BC, AP Stats, AP Micro/Macro, AP Chem, AP Lit, Intro to Java, College Marketing, Spanish 9

SAT I:
One sitting, 2250 (770 math, 790 Writing (11 essay), 690 CR)
I don't have time to retake, so I'm stuck with the 690 in CR

SAT II:
I just took the June, and I'm expecting 770+ in Math II, and 750+ in Bio.
3) Should I retake Bio to get more in the 780+ range?
Taking USH October, expecting 760+

ECs (pretty weak):
1) Vice president of Marketing and Sales at Alpine Cap, a Junior Achievement Co.
2) Varsity swim team for grades 10-11 in Canada
3) member of 40-hour walk-a-thon through Kingston, Montreal, and Quebec to raise awareness for effects of war on children; 40+ hrs. of community service received for it.
4) Sagamok trip for 1 week to an Indian reservation to help improve schools and teach the kids.
5) Member of the school band in grades 9 and 11 (Canada)
Couldn't do any in Junior year in the US due to adjusting to courseload.
During the summer, I will be volunteering at an Immigration services center to help teach new immigrant kids English and Math; may be starting my own organization to help build 1 well in Africa.
6) Robotics team in Senior Year

Essay:
I will be writing about living in 4 different countries (S. Korea, Vietnam, Canada, and US) in search of a better education, and emphasizing on my move from Canada to US. Will be talking about meeting and studying with all different types of people (Koreans, Vietnamese, Australian, New Zealand-ian (?), Canadian, and American) and what it taught me. I want to say that California has been the center of the Third Great Revolution (Digital), and how I believe it will host the fourth one and I want to be a part of it.

Will not be applying for financial aid; will be paying full-tuition first year. 4) Will this help?

Applying Undecided.

Those are my stats guys and gals. I'm really passionate about wanting to go to UC Berkeley, and studying Comp. Sci there. My stats are pretty weak, especially my GPA ECs and subject tests, as i hear that appicants of Berkeley have 800s in Math and bio for SAT IIs and 94+ gpa. Nevertheless, how do I stack up against others, and what are my chances? Thanks for taking your time to evaluate my application. :)
