Was the uc supplement sent as an email or was it sent via myberkeleyapp???
I had not checked my berkeleyapp account in awhile and im afraid i may have missed it.

main method of request is myberkeleyapp but they send emails as an alert. However, a number of people never received the email yet discovered the request when logging into the myberkeleyapp site.

There was a supplement?

yea, there was a supplement from UC Berkeley,
you should log in your myBerkeleyApp / email used for UC application and check,
they gives you 10 days to finish the supplemental questionnaires and letter of recommendation (optional)

there is a thread about it
[UC Berkeley Supplemental Freshman Questionnaires](http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/university-california-berkeley/636165-uc-berkeley-supplemental-freshman-questionnaire.html)

mjmay7 - the supplement is only submitted upon request from the university - almost all applicants do not fill it out.

is it good if you don’t get one? sorry i’m from michigan and the 1st person from my area 2 ever apply 2 a uc school so i’m kinda clueless on sum stuff

My son received an email from Berkeley stating for him to check his MyBerkeleyApplication account as they sent him 14 supplemental questions to answer online, including a letter of rec. He received it 2/1/11 and they emailed him back to tell him it was due 2/10/11–ten days from when he first received the notice. It included questions like “Do you have friends who are applying to a 4-year college?”, “How is your study environment at home?”, “Did you participate in a UC outreach program?,” etc.
