<p>I applied to UCB under a major at the L&S and I was wondering how accepting UCB is of transfer students double majoring. I'm planning on doubling in the CS B.A in the L&S and have the most of the prereqs completed besides the one require to take at berk. If I can't double major, whats the possibility of completely switching to the CS BA instead? The majors are in the same school.</p>
<p>“Students applying to the professional schools and colleges are admitted directly to
the major and should not plan to change majors. Applicants to majors in the
College of Letters and Science are admitted to the division that administers the
major; once on campus, they are expected to formally declare a major in that
division. Because some majors are impacted and students are expected to declare
a major within one semester of admission, opportunities to move into a major in a
different division are very limited.”</p>

<p>I want to say your chances are better than the average person to change majors since you have most pre-reqs done, but if CS is impacted I wouldn’t my breath.</p>
