<p>You can rescind a SIR I believe, but once you rescind it, you can’t resubmit it. So, for instance, you can SIR UCSD, then take it back, then SIR at UCB/UCLA but then you can’t go back and SIR UCSD. That’s what I thought I read on a forum here somewhere.</p>
