<p>Which one is better in terms of Political Science (International Relations), UCB or University of Michigan?</p>

In reality: Probably no difference between the two schools...they're both great. Take your pick, depending on campus atmosphere.</p>
<p>Actually, in terms of programs... if you were talking about business, I'd say about the same, with slight favor to Haas (though arguable either way, and generally considered on the same level).</p>
<p>Political Science is at Berkeley, however, is far stronger at Berkeley than it is at U Michigan, Ann Arbor.</p>
<p>Berkeley is more plugged in into Asia. That should be a factor given how important Asia is going to become this century. This is bound to boost Berkeley's IR profile vs Michigan as well as all other eastern schools.</p>
