<p>Average admit from CC (in-state) to Berkeley Haas is a 3.88 GPA. Your honors society participation would help you, but as you can tell, the competition is unbelievable fierce. To give you an idea how fierce, they accepted exactly 1 transfer student from OOS last year.</p>
<p>If you took the standard prerequisites and did well, this would make a difference--accounting, calculus, statistics, and economics are classes that should be on your resume and that you have your "A"s in. Still you are less than 50--50. Sorry.</p>
<p>Best of luck, though. I would consider also applying to someplace like USC (Marshall) or UCR's business program in addition to Haas.</p>
<p>P.S. My son is 3.6 (in-state), currently attending a well-respected top 10 undergraduate business school located in the midwest, and also in the honors society there--and is not even considering applying to UC Berkeley (which is about an hour from his permanent home here in California), since he knows his odds are so slim.</p>
