<p>Is it true that we must maintain a 3.0 this fall to be considered for admission to berkeley and Ucla? SOme one mentioned this to me and it seamed odd....</p>
<p>Chances are if they do accept you, they are going to say on the letter, “you must get these grades in these classes.” So yes, that is true, but generally its higher than a 3.0 for those two schools. Its VERY VERY doubtful that you would get into ucla or berkeley with a sub 3.0 gpa anyways.</p>
<p>Some students get a provisional contract, I had to pass my math class, and get a C in all my classes…(2.0) and that was for UCLA, UCSD and UCSB.</p>

<p>I’m just asking as UCI is asking me to have B’s in my last two prereqs I’m completing right now.</p>
<p>Math 195 and Math 294 were major requirements. The others were for IGETC/UCLA major requirements</p>
