Hi, I was looking at UCD’s website where they showed the average gpa and act score for freshman applicants accepted.
It said 4.07 gpa
Is this unweighted or weighted gpa?
Or is it the UC gpa?

Almost certainly the UC weighted and capped GPA.
However, be aware of two things when looking at UC campus admission stats:
a. GPA is generally much more important than SAT or ACT scores. So a much higher SAT or ACT score may not compensate for even a slightly lower GPA.
b. Some majors or divisions (e.g. engineering and CS majors at many UCs, including UCD) are significantly more competitive than the campus overall. So the overall campus admission stats may give applicants to the more competitive majors or divisions an overly optimistic bases for assessing reach/match/safety.
