UCD, UCSB, UCSC for Computer Science? (undergrad)

I’m trying to decide between UCSC, UCDavis and UC Santa Barbara. When it comes to the computer science major, which is the best? I really would like to go to a place that has a solid deparment. I know that Davis’s comp sci deparment is kind of new. Cal poly is also in the running.HELP please?

UCSB CompSci is under the Engineering Dept. and ranked higher than Davis and UCI.

Cal Poly will teach you mostly application uses.

UCSB balances application and theory; so if you want to do research atleast you will have the background to do it. If you want to go into industry, you'll have the ability to do so also.

UCSB recently also won the world famous hacker contest -- our team scored number 1 at Defcon. :)
