UCD vs UCI vs UCSB for chemistry

I just got accepted to UCD, UCI, and UCSB and was wondering which school is best for my major. I chose chemistry because I want to be a dentist and I am really confused about which school to go to. any suggestion or advice will be great!

There really isn’t going to be a huge difference. You should go visit and see which campus suits you best. Good luck :)

I’d say it is between UCD and UCI. I’m not sure, but I think UCI is very strong in Chemestry.

I second collegemom16’s post.

UC Irvine has a very strong Chemistry Dept. Two faculty members received the Nobel Prize in Chemistry for work done exclusively at UCI. That being said, you should choose a college like a partner–the college needs to fit you, not someone else’s idea of “best.”

^ UCSB also has 2 chem Noble laureates
