UCD vs. UCSC

<p>I don’t know which one to choose. Santa Cruz gave me $5000 more than Davis in their financial aid offer, for a total of around $23,000, which is basically a full ride. I’ve only been to Davis and it seems a little boring. Santa Cruz is near the beach (I love the beach!) and supposedly the people there are quirky and interesting. Davis has a better rep and possibly a better education. Then again Santa Cruz isn’t a bad school and it would be easier to get to the top of the class there.</p>

<p>I already sent in my SIR to Davis, but that was before I knew about how much aid Santa Cruz was offering me. Davis seems like the better option because of academics, but Santa Cruz seems good too…</p>

<p>This seems slightly personal. I'm pretty sure money is a huge part of your decision. Go to the UCD forum in CC to get somemore insight on how cool UCD is. Oh yea, you can check UCSC's forum too (yes I favor UCD).</p>
