<p>Mine was up and running the day after I submitted my SIR. Did you send in your SIR today? It should be up and running the day after if all goes well.</p>
<p>Do they let you choose your your own email address, or do they assign you one?</p>
<p>Also, are you able to forward all your ucdavis email to another email account such as Gmail?</p>
