Hey, I got deferred last Wednesday, and received an offer today for fall. I just wanted to post this to let anyone that may have been deferred that it is not necessarily a bad thing! Good look to all of you guys! (:
What were your stats like GPA, SAT amd ACT? and did you live in the state of florida?
So everything for my application is done and I was wondering how long after did everyone have to wait after everything was in. I’ve seen a lot of posts and some have a shorter span and some have a longer span. I just want to see how many people comment as well just so I can keep my mind off the waiting.
UCF received my transcript 3 weeks after the rest of my app but once my transcripts were received, it took less than a week for me to receive a decision. So I would say anywhere from 1 week to 4! Good luck!!
Just got accepted today for the fall 2017 term!!!

I think you’ll get in, Ginger. Good luck!
How long does it take for UCF to make a decision? I applied early January and have still not heard back from them even though some of my friends, who applied later, have. Would they tell me if I got deferred? I checked my emails and portal but all it says that my application is being processed.
ensure ucf has everything. it took them 3 weeks to receive my transcripts but after that it only took a week for them to accept me. they will let you know if you’re deferred.
They have had everything since almost immediately after I applied. I checked and they have my transcript and test scores. The only thing I can think of that they might not have is the proof of residency, but my friends also got their decisions without needing those.
Have you heard anything yet? I was a late applicant and haven’t heard anything yet either.
