Hey guys! So as seniors I'm sure we're anxiously filling out college apps and hoping for responses and I just wanted to get a better idea of what UCF's standards are. So if you've got the time lets share some stats and wish each other luck!

Status: Application decision pending
Applied for: Summer Term
In state out of state?: In state
Where else are you applying to?: UF, FSU, Auburn, Clemson, James Madison
UW GPA: 3.7
W GPA: 4.85
SAT: 1650 (I know not very good, looking to get better in October)
ACT: 25
Community Service: 150+ DOCUMENTED hours
Strength of Classes?: Well I'm in the IB Program so every single class I've taken is very challenging, for those of you who do not know of IB it is simply just AP classes on steroids. Also explains why my GPA is so high.
EC's: JV Basketball 9-10th
Law Club 9-11th
YIG 10-11th
National Honor Society
National English Honor Society
Rho Kappa (An honor society for History)
Film Club 9-12th
Part-time demanding job working for a National Wildlife Refuge 10th-12th

Anything Else: My essay was very good and being a member of the IB program certainly will help my chances. My GC said that UCF will have their first large acceptance today and I'm very excited! Good Luck Guys!

Realistically, What do you think your chances are?: I would say anywhere between 85-95% 95% of all IB kids that apply there get in.

IB HELPS SO INSANELY MUCH AND IS TOTALLY WORTH YOUR TIME IF YOU WANT TO GET INTO GOOD COLLEGES!
