Hey guys I applied for both USF and UCF on Jan 1st and 2nd. I'm trying to see where I stand, and I'm kind of stressing out, so I guess I will tell you a little about myself to see about my chances. Btw, I just graduated high school, and i'm trying to transfer from my community college and get to a university for this fall:

SAT Scores CR: 550
Math:520
Writing: 530

I have a question about those as well. Do colleges only look at the combined CR and Math scores? Or do they look at all three combined.
But yeah, those are my best SAT scores. This is the part of my application where I am less confident about. I don't know much about how colleges look at it. I view it very positively or negatively, where the college will look at all 3 scores as 1600, or just the 2 with a 1070. :(

In high school, I was heavily involved with music. I participated in Marching band, jazz band, indoor percussion, 2 musicals, and even served as the drum captain for two years. I also recieved many awards of recognition for excellence in those programs. I was also a part of the Tri-M honor society, and earned the Dick Locke Scholarship. I also earned the bright futures scholarship and graduated in the cum laude rank, with a GPA of 3.5.

I've done community service at 4 different places, including flying dogs in planes to other parts of the country. In total I earned 80+ hours.
