UCF/FSU CHANCES ?!

I really really want to go to FSU or UCF, and I’ve been feeling kind of discouraged , my essays for both were very good I got good feedback from peers and teachers, but here’s my criteria:
(& if you got in to UCF/FSU with similar or lower criteria please tell me!)

I APPLIED FOR SUMMER 2016

Hispanic & African American female
W GPA: 3.98
Core: 3.45
UW : 3.1
SAT: 1440 (I’m gonna try for a 1500 again)
Dual Enrolled
4 AP’s & all honors courses except math
got a 4 on AP Psych exam

National Society for High School Scholars

Journalism Club
INTERACT club (Historian)
Kids of Love Club (secretary-treasurer)

I think you have good statistics with the exception of your SAT. I have a friend who made it into UCF with an SAT in the 1600s, but I don’t know anyone who made it in with a lower SAT. Maybe try to bring that SAT up to the 1600s if possible? I know that FSU may be harder to get into with that SAT, but keep trying. The rest of your profile seems like it would be enough to get you into either of those schools. Hope it all works out for you!

Agree^^. Only concern for me is SAT. Wishing you luck - you look like a well-rounded student with lots of potential.
