<p>Okay, I think I have paid the $250.00 deposit for the housing agreement. Thing is, I'm not positive I want to go to UCF anymore; I'm still deciding. If in the case I do change my mind and don't go to UCF, does that mean my $250.00 went down the drain? I thought I had read somewhere that if this happens they keep $100 and refund $150 or something like that, but I was reading the housing Terms and it said something like they don't refund AND they make you pay $100 fee for cancelation. Is this true? Anyone know or can direct me to where this is made clear? I'm sort of freaking because $250 is a lot to lose!</p>
<p>Yes, you will lose the $250 deposit. They will not charge you $100 cancellation until after a certain date. You may want to call housing at 407-823-4663.</p>
