UCF Housing

I'm trying to find the best fit for housing during the 2013 fall semester. I'm a transfer from New Jersey that's majoring in business. I keep looking at the different off campus housing and I keep finding horrible reviews. I'm not picky and don't have ridiculous standards but at the same time I don't want to be living in the slums. Any help would be much appreciated my head is spinning!

If u r an out of state student, i highly recommened staying on campus, at least for ur first year here. It helps u meet more ppl quicker and get adjusted. I believe that housing is still available, especially if u r not picky. If u really want to live off-campus, i would look into the apartment complexes affliated with the school since they will not be a bunch of creepy ppl and def not the slums. Knights Circle and The Pointe at Central are two. Or look at other nearby complexes targeting ucf students.

You should try Northview. It’s a new building opening up this Fall so you’ll be the first to live in the apartment and it’s an on campus apartment so it’ll only be UCF students living there.
