UCF Scholarships

Hey everyone!

I was accepted in UCF in October and plan on going there for fall 2k17 (OOS)! I also got accepted into the honors college a few days ago, but now the urging question must be brought forth:

What about the UCF scholarships such as Knight’s Achievement and so on?

Does anyone know if the school has been sending these scholarships out yet? I’ve seen that they started in mid-November in 2015, so should I assume the same for this year?

As far as the scholarships go, I met a girl (on Lynx Bus 13) that was awarded the Pegasus Scholarship.
The scholarship gives $1000 per semester towards her tuition.
She also was a valedictorian in high school.

I called mid-October and they said scholarships should start being released end of October/beginning of November

Thanks astrantia, I emailed them last week and made this thread as they didn’t respond. I got the response today and they said they’re going to be reviewing and sending out scholarships in “the next couple weeks.” Can’t wait!

@GSMSTer I’m wondering if this is a generic email. I got the same response from them this morning " We will begin reviewing and sending out scholarships in the next few weeks"

I’m pretty sure it’s a generic email because I got the exact same email. However, I think it’s accurate because this is around the time last year’s ppl got their scholarships. Wish they gave an exact time frame… @ucf2017mom
