Applied to UCF in November for summer 2017 term. They recieved my high school transcript on the first week of January 2017. Still havent heard anything back at all.
I’m a straight A student, GPA: 3.6, treasurer of my class, editor of our school yearbook, in top 30% of my class, and was accepted to SDSU. Not sure what I should do considering the summer term is coming up pretty fast. Why is it taking so long to hear anything back? Does this mean I was rejected?
Im applying for the same term and turned in a transcript the same week.
Its been the same amount of time for me and i havent heard anything back as well, this does not mean that you’re rejected.
If you are accepted, rejected, waitlisted, deferred, etc., they would let you know by sending an email and changing your “Application Status” on myUCF. Make sure you have not only your transcript but your test score/s and any other necessary documentation.
they say the processing takes about a month and then after that, review can take really any time…
I wouldn’t worry about it to much. I applied for the fall term and was accepted pretty quickly. However, USF just gave me a decision yesterday (2 months longer than UCF) and I sent my applications for both schools at the same time :-/ I also heard processing through Common App takes much longer than through the UCF website. Just be patient and I’m sure you will be alright.
What is your SAT or ACT score?
