UCF/UF Chances

Hi! I'm a senior and I've been applying to a few colleges, but my sister is a junior and I'm starting to wonder what kind of chances she has at a few schools. Of course I can think she can get into a few good places considering I'm her brother, but I wanted to get a "reality check" so to speak. Do you think that she could get into UCF or UF with these credentials? (Keep in mind that our father is an alumni of UF) Here are some of her stats:

Rank: 22 out of about 250
Unweighted GPA: 91.2%
Weighted GPA: 95%
State: NY
SAT:
Hasn't taken the SAT I yet, but in the SAT prep class she's getting a 630 on each section
Took the SAT II for World History (520) and the SAT II for Math Level I (640)
High School: Decent public school - I was accepted into UVA and UF as an out-of-stater and as 4th in the class
AP's taken:
10th: AP World History (3/5)
11th: AP Language & Comp., AP Calc AB, AP US History
12th: she's going to take AP Calc BC, AP Macro, AP Literature, and AP Government
Rigor of schedule: pretty rigorous

Extracurriculars:
She's been on a local swim team for 12 years and won a Coach's Award one year (best sportsmanship, best leadership, basically best all-around swimmer given to one female and one male each summer). She's helped out at a few hospital events, and done a few things for the Westhampton Rotary Club. Community service she's a little shabby - it probably could be better. She was on JV Tennis in 11th grade and will probably play in 12th grade. She applied for the National Honor Society in our school, and I'd say she's about 50/50 for getting in (I hope she does!). She's also been in band for three years as a flute player, and may or may not play next year.

So, what are her chances?! Any suggestions to improve her chances? Thanks!

bump...
