So I got accepted to both Ucf and usf. I'm having a lot of trouble choosing between the two. Im an out of state student so it is expensive. Ucf is more expensive by 6000 a year. My major is speech pathology. I want to go to the school that's best for my major, more job oppurtunities, and a better night and social life lol. Please help!

You really need to visit both campuses. They’re slightly similar, but with a different vibe. It also depends on which location you would prefer. That was a huge aspect for me, as I’ll be coming out of state. I dislike the Tampa area very much (Thought it’s very close to the beaches!) And love the Orlando area. I actually went on a visit to USF last year, and though the campus was nice, I received a big commuter field. Then I was told by a tour guide, ‘About 70% of our students on campus leave over the weekend. It’s fun to watch them swarm to their cars with things.’ I think questioned him as to if he thinks it’s a good place for an out of state student to attend, and he said that since so many people leave, not really. I was surprised, he was supposed to be selling me on the school, not throwing me off. Their new dorms are very, very nice though! I was pleasantly surprised. But then I saw UCF, and it was a done deal I was going there. I highly reccomend vising the campuses, because I think after that you’ll have a pretty solid decision:)
