UCF vs FIT for compsci

Hello all,
I am a high school senior looking to studying engineering/compsci at a university, but after some thought, I am leaning toward compsci due to the massive amount of projected growth in the field. Also, it seems like it would be fairly easy to start my own company with compsci, not so much with engineering, which is my eventual goal. So, I live in South Florida, and would really like to go to Central/North Florida for my bachelor's. UF basically cut their CS program, so I doubt that recruiters will be looking there anymore, which brings me to my two main choices: UCF and FIT (FL Tech).

Pros and cons of each:

UCF:

Pros:
-It's a state school, so I won't graduate with 50k+ in loans.
-Known for computer science/engineering
-Very nice campus
-Offered me a decent scholarship

Cons:
-It's a state school that's not Berkeley or Michigan, which means there will be as many party-ers and jocks as there are serious students.
-Not really a strictly academic school (kind of a party school)
-Since it's so large, students might be "just a number" (Not much teacher/student interaction)

FIT:

Pros:
-Offered me a large scholarship
-It's an Institute of Technology, so it has strong engineering/science programs
-Very academic school
-High average starting salary
-Small classes

Cons:
-Campus is pretty crappy
-Not in the best area
-Even with my scholarship, it's still expensive
-Community bathrooms (do most schools still have these? They're gross.)

All in all, I really like UCF's campus and low tuition cost, and their program is pretty good, but I also really like FIT's academic atmosphere and job placement (something like 97% of their grads that aren't in grad school are employed a year after they graduate). Your thoughts? Any answers would be appreciated.
