I got into all three of these universities. I love florida gulf coast and Ucf but they are not ranked good schools. Does this mean they are not as good as FSU? Which school is better for business Ucf or Fgcu. I am really interested please respond back.

Firstly, congratulations on obtaining acceptance from all three schools and by asking such a general question, you will receive a wide variety of responses and allow me to give you mine.

Visit each school and obtain all the information you can about each school and make an informed decision and don’t rely on some anonymous response from the web, as to which school you should attend.

In my opinion, the top three schools in Florida are UFL, UM & FSU.
UCF, USF & FIU are a distant second and the remaining schools such as FGCU,FAU & UNF are schools of last resort.

Congrats on the acceptances. First, let me say imo, FSU > UCF >>> FGCU. As ilovethe47 said, UF, UM, and FSU are considered the top 3. I think theres a meaning for this. I DO think FGCU is not as good as the other two, but I am not saying FSU is much better than UCF. Specifically, I say this because people applying to both these schools have similar stats. I just think FSU is the overall better university. imho, I would take FGCU out of the three and decide on UCF and FSU. Visit those 2 schools and judge on fit and different aspects (such as about 32k or 60k students, housing options, far-ness from family, financial aid, ect.)

Thank you I am so happy to be accepted to all three. I guess FGCu would be out of the runnning, I mean the campus was beautiful but that means nothing. But can you list me the pros/cons of UCF. I just wished I got into UF, but they denied me. Thank you.

Confused-
UFL freshman decisions do not come out for another three months and regarding
the pros and cons of UCF, you are going to have to do your homework.

@ jamoboo… Congratulations!!! What term did you get accepted for these schools? I thought FSU’s decision wouldn’t be out until December and UF in February?

I’m sorry UF denied you…what were your stats?

UF decisions aren’t even out yet though…

If you really want UF, you can always go to a community college for a couple of years and then transfer over with an AA. That’s what a lot of UF students did.
