Hello! I've been really determined to get in to UChicago since my freshman year (2300 on SAT, 4.0 GPA, i.e. getting my ticket punched). Unfortunately, looking around at what UC has to offer in terms of financial aid, I don't think I can manage it. My family has three children in college (Purdue) and my parents make roughly 100,000 annually. Since I probably cannot handle four years of undergraduate tuitions, I was wondering if any of you fine folk could point me in the direction of a less expensive school where I could get an economics and history degree? After receiving a degree from this hypothetical school I could hopefully make my way to UChicago for graduate business. I live in Indiana, if that is any help. Thanks for any help you can give me!
