<p>So, the decision date is nearing. May be it's time for us to share our experiences of how are feeling at this stage( I know it is very difficult for many of us to wait.)

<p>I just logged into my account, still nothing. But I asked for an interview and was never contacted. Is that gonna be a problem? I am living in China, so i dont know if there werent enough alums or something?

<p>^Don’t worry. I am an international and I was accepted without an interview.</p>
<p>They say late March, but the exact date has not been confirmed yet. Grace will post it on CC once a date has been fixed for the release of decisions. </p>
<p>Last year it was March 18–so it could be as soon as within 2 weeks! Will keep my fingers crossed. Good luck everyone! Hope we do indeed become UChicago Class of 2016 :)</p>

<p>I just wanna know when they’re releasing the decisions…I mean that just worries me that the applying class is so strong that they can’t even figure out when they can know for sure who they’re admitting.</p>
<p>Same thing happened EA. The 12/19 decision date wasn’t released until 12/12.</p>
<p>Grace did post on another thread. The date isn’t set yet, but it will probably be after March 19.</p>
<p>Grace never said it would be after the 19th. I have a lot of hope it will be on or around then within about 2 days because even amidst a huge rise in apps last year (a bigger rise than this year) they still came out around the same exact date. </p>
<p>Anyway, I’m already feeling the rejection blues. I want the date to come now so I can just get it over with!</p>

<p>Did anyone else submit their app really really early? I planned to do EA but couldn’t finish in time, but nonetheless finished in early November and submitted it right then for RD. Looking back, I feel like my app wasn’t as polished as I would have liked it to be :\ hmm.</p>
<p>Same Busterbeetle. I had to go on a long trip nov-jan so I finished it then and now wish I would’ve done EA!</p>

<p>The decisions can be seen by logging into UChicago account of 23rd March; time isn’t mentioned though. </p>
<p>UChicago will be the first to let me know. I just am anxiously waiting for March, 23rd.</p>
<p>^Yep, UChicago is very early for RD. Most of my other schools say they’ll release the decisions in early April.</p>

UChicago is my first choice as well, it’s as dear to my heart as Hogwarts !! Accio March 23rd …</p>
<p>I was deferred EA so this wait has been terrible, even though I’m 99% sure I won’t get accepted. I knew Chicago was my #1 when I took a 3 week summer program there, but I’ve kinda lost hope now.</p>
