<p>Question about the favorites essay: I submitted mine before really looking at the CC threads, and now I realize I may have done it wrong… I did a list format and briefly touched on many different favorites (I thought the question literally said to list them 
), but now I’m seeing that most people chose to go into depth with one favorite – do you think that will be a major hinderance? I really hope not, but… You never know with these really selective schools! </p>

<p>@alleycat2 I selected the schools on the Common App and marked them RD. Other than that no lol. Idk we have Thanksgiving break coming up and I’m gonna try and be productive and not sleep through it all.</p>
<p>I sent in my Cornell RD app so far, but that’s because I did it awhile ago. I have to do Berkeley and USE over Thanksgiving break, hahahaha… haven’t started the essays.</p>
<p>I sent in my RD app to Midd and Tufts already, but I’m with @alleycat2 in saying I have zero drive to do any more. Maybe my early decision results will push me </p>
<p>If you guys do get into UChicago will you take some schools off of your lists? If some miracle happens and I get in (I think I’ll get deferred), I would definitely take at least three schools off of my list. Getting into UChicago would give me like negative motivation to apply anywhere else lol</p>
<p>I’m probably the most indecisive person ever… I’ve already submitted all 16 of my apps (I know it’s ridiculous). Now it’s just seeing where I get in and what the financials look like… that’s the major concern, right? Don’t want to leave undergrad with heaps of debt 
However, UChicago is definitely at the top for me! I’ll probably get deferred though haha</p>

<p>Honestly, if I get into UChicago early, and deferred from Brown early decision, then I’ll apply to the only other school that could take me away from UChicago, which is Yale. I mean having a school as awesome as UChicago already in your pocket, you can take a risk and apply anywhere. </p>

Honestly as far as RD applications I wouldn’t send in any if I got in EA. Honestly I’d probably put my deposit down same day. I’m so sure about UChicago.</p>
<p>I just scheduled my interview! I’m SO nervous but I’m really glad I’ll be able to do it. I didn’t even know they were even still doing interviews so I was surprised when I got the email</p>
