Hey does anyone know how many applicants Chicago defers? Are they like Harvard (where they defer like 80% of early applicants)

Seems like admissions was really tough on early action students. I don’t blame them though, if they only have spots for 1,500 kids and they still have another round of early decision to go, I wouldn’t be surprised if they only admitted 400 ED kids and 50 EA kids

I guess UChicago does reject people early :\
I’m definitely going to as well…I just emailed my school counselor for a signature on the form, however since it’s winter break her response might be shotty!
