UChicago, Notre Dame, and all the nitty-gritty

Hey!
UChicago is by far my dream school. I love pretty much everything about it and can't wait to apply. However, I am so very nervous that I won't get in. I've visited 9 other colleges and I haven't felt an actual pull from any other than UChicago.
I have a 3.8 UW, 4.3 W GPA (I didn't know I had to try F and S years, that sounds like a lame excuse but I didn't realize that cum. GPA mattered)
I got a 2050 (1320) on my SAT on my first try (680 CR, 640 M, and 730 W) and a 2090 (1390) my second try (690 CR, 700 M, and 700 W)… my superscore is therefore 2120.
I took the ACT in June (35 Eng, 32 Math, 33 reading, 32 Science, 32 Eng/Wr, and 33 Composite) and SAT IIs in May (770 Math II, 750 Chem, and 570 Span[it was a long night because of prom followed by a tedious morning]) in May along with 2 AP tests this year and 6 (I think) next year. I know that seems like a small amount for this year but I missed a month of school and both the test dates and makeup date for my last 3 APs because my appendix ruptured (football size abscess) and then I got a paralytic ileus… not fun.
Right now I am in all honors except for our required Theology class (which I am acing) my Q3 GPA was a 4.679 (the highest it's ever been), my Q4 was a 4.559, but my S2 was 4.739.
ECs: President of Drama club and lead in every show (we have 3 a year) very involved with that, film club, campus ministry, SOUL Team (an extension of campus ministry), and Retreat-Leadership team, I am secretary of our chapter of Tri-M (music honors society) and accompany and sing in the choir every week. I am also starting a foundation/organization that raises money and family-bonding in the school community for those in need within the faculty, staff, and students.
I have high honors every quarter, a medal of excellence in Theology my sophomore year, and a MOE in Spanish my junior year.
I won a National Silver Medal for my Short story sophomore year, will be published (for another story) in a local anthology and a public magazine.
and actively work a part-time job (nights and weekends)
I have been told that I am a very good writer and I will work on all my essays over the summer.

Any advice on this or any other aspect of application (major, EA or not to EA, etc.)?

Thank you so much in advance!

Oh! and I am now 13/209(ish) in my class. (6.22%)

For UChicago, I honestly think that it may be a reach for you. Notre Dame, is actually pretty achievable. Keep in mind UChicago has one of the lowest acceptance rates in the world!

Based on your SATs UChicago is still a Reach. Your ACTs help though since they are good. Your ECs seem pretty good. But realistically it will always be a reach to most people since it’s so difficult to get in, and the acceptance rates are so low. But I would definitely apply. Maybe apply to Northwestern if you like Chicago. I think Notre Dame is a high match, possibly low reach. But I think you have a high chance of getting in there. Good Luck with everything!

If you have time I would love your input back

I have a question!

On my college applications:
– Should I put psychology or economics as my major. Will that decision vary by school? I know schools look at it to a certain extent to try to get certain concentrations of majors… so I am worried… especially with UChicago, ND, and NW. What should I do?
