Deadline 12:00 at chicago time or at local time?
@CollegePls deadline 11:59 local time - however the common app records in Eastern Time -but it doesn’t matter if it shows that it is “late” in eastern time.
Did anyone receive login information and PIN from Chicago? I applied dec 25 and still no e-mail.
I applied Dec. 26th and received mine relatively quickly.
I wouldn’t worry about it too much. They’ve received thousands of apps, so it may take a bit of time. If it doesn’t show up soon, maybe just email them
@DL43516 Thanks, I think I’ll wait a few more days - I did submit my app rather late (the day before it was due), so I’m not too concerned yet, but thanks for the reassurance!
I submitted mine on December 31st I believe, and the only email I got from them is an automated email about financial aid.
Do you know if Chicago does alumni interviews?
Has anyone still not received their UChicago account other than me (I submitted January 5th)? I need to upload my visual art supplement!!

@WorldExplorer I already have an account, because they sent me so many emails last year telling me how to make one. They expect you to make your own account, and they will link it to your app. I didn’t recieve any email acknowledgement from uchicago, but when I logged into my account, I saw that they have already linked my app, and have “acknowledged” it.

I called admissions today and they kindly resent the email for receiving the application for those of you who have not heard anything yet.
I don’t see an option on my account to request an interview. Do you have this option (under forms) on your page?
@leno4ka Yeah I do. Maybe they aren’t offering interviews anymore? Because I scheduled mine MONTHS ago (in the summer), and I only heard back a few days ago…
