Yes, I was about to say that… and there is also the possibility that in the last couple of days, since asheik got his/her admission offer, that more students who were admitted on May 14 rejected their offers. Nothing is truly final with the initial admittees before tomorrow, so the amount of people they can accept from the waitlist may have changed.

@roguered so do you think there will be more offers now? :’)

@elixerelixer I don’t know… I’m waiting just like you are. But I’m being optimistic and believing that there will be

Hey guys, Im probably the latest to actually accept the waitlist (~1 hour ago), is there anything I can do to put my name in the mix, or would their decisions be practically made at this point?

@Plokmin I would send in a letter of interest like TODAY, before May 1st. It’s better to have something late than nothing!

Ok, Thanks Ive been writing one right now, we’ll see what happens:P

Best of luck to everyone still waiting on a decision–I was admitted off the gap year waitlist yesterday. Does anyone know approximately how many people are offered admission through this option? Can’t wait to join the Class of 2019!

@Plokmin Did you get phone call or email ?

What do you mean? i sent an email if thats what you meant

Has anyone heard today yet?

I think I emailed them too late , early April… :P

You clicked to accept wait-list in March, where does it say mandatory email, and if it even matters to send one. They keep reiterating no rank, we are all in a pool where an opening may come up where they need a student in that area.

Question for all you wait list studetns who’ve been admitted: are you international or US students?

Second question for all you accepted off the list: did you send an email update in March?

My son is a US student and did send an email update.

I just sent an email update. Do you think I have a chance?

My daughter got phone call today. She is off the wait list. We are from US.

Question for the admitted: which states are you guys from?

Also… Should I send in my transcripts for the 3rd marking period? I got two B’s but still managed to stay in the top 5… I’m still reluctant though. Is it too late anyway?
