<p>Oh, that piece of information certainly soothes my ego. I took six years of French and placed into French 101 and never quite figured out what had happened, especially since I had thought I’d gotten 95% of the questions correct. My French is bad (barely pulled a 3 on the AP exam), but it’s not that bad. So thanks for that.</p>
<p>^^^ My french was pretty good. I did AP French lit on my own last year and pulled a 3. I think I would probably place into 101 or 102 as of now, because I forgot EVERYTHING. Don’t feel bad about it. It happens to the best of us. :)</p>

<p>Ah, AP French Lang was the one I took. Let’s just say the extent of my studying was a quick 15-minute review before the exam. Yeah, not much invested in it, you could say. :D</p>
<p>(It’s all the gosh darn tenses. This is why Russian is infinitely better. Three tenses and you’re done. Sure, there’s more grammar and such and you can’t actually figure out how to conjugate a verb by looking at its infinitive, but it makes so much more logical sense.)</p>
