<p>yes because I have no idea where else to apply. I am scared by going to private colleges because of the cost. I applied to all the UC’s except UCR, UCSB, and UCM</p>

<p>I don’t like it because it’s a party school and I am not a party animal. I am afraid that I will be an outcast if I go there.</p>
<p>That is kind of why I didn’t apply to UC Santa Cruz, It’s a “hippy” school. Or so the stereotype says. I still applied as a safety but not sure I would go.</p>
<p>I feel like Santa Cruz is getting better in terms of its academic performance but I don’t like it so much. I feel it too rural</p>
<p>It’s not that I think the reputation is bad. But I would not fit in with a school of that stereotype. The stereotype being: a bunch of stoners.</p>
