<p>Do you guys think it’ll come out by May 15 ? previous years came out in June (which sucks)</p>
<p>it should, if they are accepting appeals this year because thats when the last wave of waitlist deadlines end.</p>

<p>The key is to identify WHICH year. If your talking about 2011 or something, UCI didn’t need any more students because they met their target. So appeals may have been ignored/left aside etc. This year they are pulling students off the waitlist from a very early date. In 2012 they did the same, and in this year my friend said that people were accepted from the 15th to the 23rd. (He is a current UCI student and has spoken to other appeal students). Now still i’d give a conservative estimate from the 15th of May to the beginning of June because in the end, appeals are last in priority to everyone else.</p>
<p>15th seems like a likely day due to historical trend AND students getting off the waitlist now have until the 15th to decide. From there UCI will see if they need more students (from appeals)</p>

<p>He asked them? he was accepted on the 15th and he knows a majority of the appeal kids (that he knows in real life/uci facebook group) got in until the 23rd.</p>

<p>i appealed to UCI about 4 weeks ago and called them just now asking when they would send out the decisions. the lady i spoke to said they’re busy with transfer applications right now and decisions for appeals probably wont be out until mid june-late july. i guess i’ll just have to wait for the email notification and meanwhile enroll into a different school because i cant wait that long
