@TheMarmoset Are you sure there were acceptances on Monday last year? I tediously went through the pages on last year’s thread and didn’t see any acceptances after Saturday. Do you have a link to any Monday acceptances?
@dubbe408 according to the forum from last year, it was only a few posted but they were before 1pm and the waitlist started coming in after 6pm

@TheMarmoset I’m not asking about stats, just trying to figure out where people are getting the idea that people got in on Monday cause when I looked on last year’s thread I didn’t see any acceptances on Monday. I want to believe there were acceptances then cause then there’d still be hope for me but it just seems unlikely

I found a tweet from UC Irvine Admissions on March 17, 2017 that said they had rolling admissions throughout that week. ??♀️
@bakedchicken Admissions probably refers to acceptances, waitlists, and rejections, which were rolling through the week.
@TheMarmoset Thanks for finding that! I still wonder though if that person’s acceptance was posted on the portal earlier than Monday and they just happened to see it then…
