Voiceofreason, you need to take a statistics class. Or maybe an ethics class.

I posted the facts and only the facts la.....

You have to admit though la.... it will be interesting to follow this trend. Especially of UCSD and UCLA.

Those statistics aren't admissions statistics. They are freshman applicant profiles for this year. Nothing more, nothing less.

Exactly Jason. If you look back at those links, you can also see in past years where UCD's applicants had higher scores than UCI, but UCI then had slightly higher scores than UCD for admitted applicants.

Although this is all a mute point, because the original poster was curious about UCI and not UCD. Hopefully, VoiceofReason will get banned for taking yet another thread off-topic and giving out mis-information.

(I think collegemom = VoiceofReason.....look at collegemom's first post. She said she only posted facts, yet that was her first post in this thread.)

Haha, nice catch la_demolition.

Actually la.... I was mocking the voice. I have a son who is interested in UCI engineering. How is the CSE deparment?

hey guys good news, i supposedly got into sb, so im relieved

thanks for all your advice, i really appreciate it

Congratulations daisy, I'm sure you will make it into UCI too.
