UCI Chances for me?

Hey I'm currently a junior in school and I'm already freaking out about applying for colleges. Can someone tell me my chances to being admitted into UCI with my academics?

Weighted GPA: 3.9
UC/CSU GPA: 3.5
SAT Scores: ~1700-2000
ACT: Haven't taken yet. Should I take it?

Former IB student from freshmen to sophomore year. Currently in some AP classes for junior and soon to be senior year.

Extra Curricular:
Key Club - 4 Years
Solutions Club - 2 Years
College Club - 4 Years
Chemistry Club - 1 Year
ASB - 2 Years
Varsity Swim Team - 3 Years
Junior Varsity Wrestling - 1 Year
Peer Tutor
Mentor for my young cousins
Student Leader for my old CJSF club in my middle school

I sound like a pretty average student, and on the collegeboard website, talent/ability are said to be put into consideration, does it matter?

Can you please tell me which other colleges to look into with my stats? I definitely want to go to a four-year university or Cal State. Community college will be my very last resort. And staying in Southern California is important to me to.

Wrong forum? A mod can probably move this though.

Have you taken the SAT or is that your expected range? You could look into taking the ACT as well if you wish. Do you think you can bump that GPA up this year? Upward trends look better than downward ones as I’m sure you know.

kids from my school get in with lower stats/ EC’s. I’d say you could definitely get in.

That’s my target range for my SAT, hopefully I get higher.

WHY ARE SO MANY PEOPLE POSTING CHANCE THREADS IN THE SAT FORUM??

Here, let me direct you: [What Are My Chances? - College Confidential](Chance Me / Match Me! - College Confidential Forums)

But yes, your SAT score is a bit low

The SAT scores are fine for UCI. The GPA is a little on the low side compared to the average. I think you have a good shot, but you shouldn’t be 100% certain of an admission.
