<p>I was wondering if someone could tell me my chances of getting into UC Irvine. I dont know where I am at right now :/. I intend on majoring in engineering. </p>

<p>Im an hispanic with low income [~30K yearly]. My dad works while my mom takes care of my sisters. We are a family of six. I am not a citizen nor do i have permanent residancy. </p>

<p>You'll probably get in since you are low income and probably first generation to attend college. Engineering is impacted major in UCI. You might want to also pick an alternate major and also appy to UCR just as a backup.</p>
