Does anyone know if there’s a good chance of getting into UCSB if you got into UCSC and UCI?

@mostlyjay
most likely yes

@mostlyjay UCSB has a different process, slightly. In fact they are all different from eachother, but UCSB gives 50% of weight to non academic matters, involvement, leadership, obstacles overcome, etc, so it is slightly different. That may weigh in your favor, or not, you would know better than we would.

As stats go, here were the UCSB admissions stats for 2013, the UCI admissions stats for 2013 and the UCSC admissions stats for 2013

@Jaziz1996 I did it when they told me in the student portal it was a few days after the initial review.

If we haven’t heard anything at this point should we assume the worst? I’m getting bad vibes here :-S

@Icespice Yes. Expect the worst and hope for the best.

sigh

Is it a bad thing that UCI hasn’t responded to my application yet? I submitted a Supplemental Questionaire if that is of any help? Any help will be appreciated.

No word for S still… Kinda getting worried… UCGPA-3.8, SAT-2190… lots of ECs… Applied for
Econ

Is anyone certain they are releasing more decisions today? Because they were supposed to start releasing Monday. So maybe they are just taking a little break this weekend?
