I have a quick question... Is the "UC Irvine Grant" offered a seperate award than the grants offered on the CSAC website (webgrants4students)?
I'm a little confused about how much money I'm being awarded as a total, thanks for any help! I hope admitted students to UCI can help me understand the difference between the two!</p>
<p>The CSAC site has your Cal Grants listed. Those are different from a UC grant. Cal Grants are from the state of Calif. A UCI grant is from the university. Sounds like you’re getting both.</p>
<p>What does CSAC say that you’re getting? Does it say that you’re getting about $14k in Cal Grant A? </p>
<p>How much is the UCI grant?</p>

<p>The CSAC say I am getting $12,192 (Even though it is on hold, it is “awaiting processing”).
The UCI grant says $7,475.</p>
<p>I think I have to wait until that processing is done with the CSAC. I hope it does not change as well because this money would definitely help pay tuition and housing at UCI!</p>
