<p>I received a letter about participating in the UCI New Student Record. This is the official pictorial directory of the Class of 2013. Is anyone planning to participate?</p>

<p>Even though they wanted 100% participation.</p>

<p>… I filled it out and thought “hmm Ill just send it in so I can ‘participate’… but u have to buy it too… soo yah”</p>
