I went to myadmissions to check my app status and this notice is up. (Anyone else get this?)

Important Information for You

Dear Applicant,
We'd like to bring to your attention some important information regarding your UC Irvine application and the admissions process:

The university may offer you admission in an alternative major, either as noted on your application or another alternative major.
All applicants must submit complete and accurate information in their original UC Application:
For freshmen applicants this includes listing all A-G course grades and courses taken for the correct respective terms for admissions consideration by the filing deadline. If freshmen applicants have repeated A-G courses, applicants must report the original and repeat grades for these A-G courses.

Freshmen applicants must also report ACT With Writing or SAT Reasoning scores on their original UC Application; then request that the testing agency send an official score report to us for all ACT With Writing or SAT Reasoning tests the applicant has taken. We require all scores and will use the highest scores from a single administration. SAT Subject Test scores are no longer required. However, submission of SAT Subject Test scores may add positively to the review of your application.

You only need to have your official (SAT or ACT) score report sent to one UC campus you have applied to and all of the UC campuses you have applied to will automatically receive the report. If you choose to have your official score report sent to the UC Irvine campus, the address is:

University of California, Irvine
Office of Admissions and Relations with Schools
260 Aldrich Hall
Irvine, CA 92697-1075

The deadline for your official (SAT or ACT) score report to be received by the UC Irvine campus is December 31, 2011. You are responsible for ensuring UC Irvine receives the official score report by the deadline.
For transfer applicants this includes listing all college (transferable and nontransferable) course grades and courses taken for the correct respective terms for admissions consideration by the filing deadline. If transfer applicants have repeated college courses, applicants must report the original and repeat grades and all colleges attended. This includes college courses taken while in high school.

If you are admitted, please be aware that your admission is provisional. Information on your application must accurately match official documents submitted on your behalf, including your successful completion of the courses you listed as follows:
Freshmen: courses listed for 12th grade (minimum 3.0 weighted GPA for senior year);
Transfers: courses listed on your application upon which your admissions offer was based, and information provided in the Application Update (AU) report. UC Irvine will only consider all application information and course work reported in AU by the AU deadline (e.g., January 31 for fall 2012 consideration).
Please ensure you complete your audition(s) and meet supplemental application deadlines if either are required for the major you have selected.
Please maintain an accurate email address at all times. Email is the means used to notify you when your status has changed in your MyAdmissionsApplication@UCI or a message has been posted.
If you are admitted and decide to attend UC Irvine, use the MyAdmissionsApplication@UCI to monitor required documents and important next steps, and verify receipt of documents by viewing the "MySchools," "MyTests," and "MyData" menu tabs.
