<p>As far as I know the Feb 1st date was Freshman only. I’ve looked around the UCI Facebook page and they only mentioned Freshman applicants. I’m sure someone on this forum would have received honors and talked about it, if transfers were really notified Feb 1st. Also doesn’t seem likely because they evaluate our apps based off of TAU which was turned in on Jan 31st</p>
