UCI Nursing School Chances

What are my chances for the UC Irvine School of Nursing? I’m applying as a freshman with a UC GPA of 4.07, and an SAT of 1470.
SAT II Math: 720
SAT II Chinese: 750
I also took 5 APs, including AP Chem.

Leadership:
President of Red Cross Club
Founder of another club (pretty irrelevant but I put it on the app anyway)

As for healthcare experience, I volunteered at an assisted living home for 4 years, where I worked alongside nurses. I also participated in this program where different types of doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals come to talk to us about surgical procedures or their careers in general.

Other extracurriculars:
government competition (ongoing)
Dance instructor
Treasurer and publicity officer for a cultural club
Part of climate change activist group where we helped pass a Senate Bill

I would love some feedback on my chances! I know that UCI’s nursing program has an acceptance rate of only 3.5% and I’m really nervous because my GPA and SAT II test scores are pretty low.

Definitely qualified but with that low of an acceptance rate it is impossible to give any chances.

Fall 2017 freshman applicants: 2,540

Fall 2017 freshman admissions: 88 (3.5% admitted)

Average UC GPA: 4.25 GPA

Average total SAT score: 2040

Average total SAT score (new version): 1354

SAT/ACT scores
To remain competitive in the applicant pool, you should score a minimum of 550 in each of the three areas on the SAT test: critical reading, mathematics and writing, or score a 24 or higher on the ACT. Students who do not meet this minimum requirement will not be reviewed for admission into the Nursing Science program.

Thanks for the feedback

Good luck!
