UCI or UCSB?

Hey CC. So I’ve been accepted to both UCI and UCSB and can’t decide between the two. I’m an undeclared major with no idea what to study (though I’m more into the humanities). UCI is just 30 min from where I live, UCSB about 2.5 hours away (so not bad). I like UCI’s campus slightly better (UCSB is too confusing and the buildings are too worn out for my taste). I also feel UCI takes better care of its undecided students and has better academics and research programs (if I’m wrong about this, let me know!) However, I feel UCSB would help me break out of my shell, meet new people, expand my horizons, all that good stuff. UCI’s environment is similar to my high school and hometown so I feel I wouldn’t really grow there as a person. I am a bit intimidated by UCSB but I’m a reserved guy and want to become more outgoing. UCI is offering more financial aid than UCSB, though. What do you all think? Any helpful advice would be appreciated!
