UCI To Another UC--Unit Cap

Hello,

I want to transfer to either UCD, UCSB, UCB, or UCLA. I had a question about the unit cap. I will have over 120 units by the end of my 2nd year. Does this mean I cannot apply to other UCs? Or does it simply mean I will not get credit for more than 120 units?
