So it’s 4/25, if we haven’t heard from them by now does that mean we didn’t get in?

I hope we get ALL the decisions tomorrow, but at this point, I don’t expect it from UCI lol. Looks like April 30th will be the more likely date…
I don’t think that means rejections since I haven’t heard anything and I did TAG.

I would really like to believe that that is not the case but at this point, I’m really starting to lose all hope

@cainme, the only thing that will mean we didn’t get in is logging in and seeing the rejection notice. Until then, everything is possible. Stay hopeful, it’s almost over! :)

I don’t know if they will or won’t do anything today, but when I got my decision on 4/17, I had been checking throughout the day, and just got “still reviewing” but then when I checked at 9:15 p.m., there it was, my acceptance. And that’s when other people’s acceptances started coming in. Around 9 p.m.

Again, I’m not saying that’s going to happen again, but it was a welcome surprise last week after not seeing anything all day… UCI=unpredictable

Also good luck to all of you still waiting!!

KittyCity is right. I was rejected last year, and the way they only updated up until 9am. I thought it would be the same this year, and I was accepted way after 5pm.

Accepted or not, I just want to know already. The wait is killing me.

Awww! Thanks SBVett. I will try to take your advice.

@cynicc

I know what you mean!! I’m curious to see what UCI’s financial package for me looks like because UCD’s package sucked. (Lol)

I usually just check once a day. I mean, it is possible that the decision would come later in the day, like you guys mentioned, but it wouldn’t make a difference to me if I have to check the next day. I mean, if I get accepted at 7pm or 10am doesn’t matter to me. It might as well be the next day if I get accepted at 9pm. Oh well. Still got time to wait so that’s just what I’m gonna do :P

Got an exam tonight in my differential equations and linear algebra class. Its so hard to concentrate when I’m so anxious about decisions

I am taking summer school classes but not doing the Summer Start program. I spoke with the summer program coordinator and he said there was about 80 participants last year and most really enjoyed it. It is exclusively for transfer students so everyone has that commonality.

@ UCdrone Only time will tell if I am making the right choice. It really just makes more sense for my family and I. I almost want UCLA to tell me no so I dont get buyers remorse on UCI. haha

@ UCBoundVet

You can always cancel you SIR and forfeit the hundy :)

Oh I know the choice is still there haha

@ UCBoundVet

I tried to drive by the campus today, and I got lost! I think I passed ARC, maybe its a sign…

@ UCdrone Just remember its a big circle. You should have stopped and checked it out for a little bit.

Man I hate Writing classes with a passion. I love science, history and Math but I cannot stand writing. It is definitely my worst class. Especially when I am not really sure what the hell I am supposed to be writing about.

^ Tell me about it. I got my only B from English 101 which emphasized on “free” writing. I am not a bad writer by any means. I am more of a scientific writer than a free style one.
