<p>OMG! So I was about to start my homework and studying, but I decided to check if any UCs updated their admissions information. And just when I thought all hope was lost, due to a lot of my friends getting their transfer acceptances to UCI, I was definitely in for a surprise after I signed on for the 5th time today! My anxiety was finally extinguished to see the big blue scripted letters reading “You have been admitted to UC Irvine!”
I am so happy, I have the biggest smile on my face! I have to admit UCI was not my top choice, but I hope that tomorrow when UCLA’s and UCB’s decisions come out, the ending is as joyful as today’s.</p>
<p>I am a Chemistry Major and got into the School of Physical Sciences. I had a 3.58 GPA and I did get into UCI when I was in high school as Biomed Engineer: Premed but I decided to go to CC to save money.</p>

I had straight A’s other than japanese i took senior year as a hobby not intending to go to a CC and a C in wr 1 that summer then the first semester i ws in college i got all A’s in 14 units.</p>

I have a trending GPA, but overall it’s not very high. I have a strong personal statement (10/10) I worked full-time (40 hours/week) and volunteered a lot with cancer-related organizations along with your general environmental community service.</p>
<p>Some weaknesses, I have over 6 W’s, and have been in Community College for “5” years.</p>
