UCI Transfer housing

Can anyone describe, or provide experience, info, on Arroyo Vista & Campus Village?

well AV is dorm style so you live in what is called a “house” which has 12-48 students with a housing assistant (basically an RA). You live in double rooms and have a common living room, bathrooms, and kitchen. It is a little bit of a walk from main campus, not people take the free shuttle system. Each house has a theme, could be major or interest and there is also Greek houses (so sororities and fraternities). The community has public amenities.

CV are on campus apartments. Unit is 2 bed/2 bath with 4 students per unit. Can be furnished or unfurnished (changes prices), includes kitchen, small dining nook, and living room. The community has public amenities.

Both have utilities included that consists of cable (you have to bring your own tv and cord), internet (Ethernet cord needed, or a router that is password protected), water, gas, and electric.

Hope that helped!

A year late on this thread, but wanted to hear what OP ended up doing? Im in the same boat right now for next year.
